Recruiting and retaining quality staff is also challenging. This webinar focused on how to increase the number of medical assistants that are trained with innovative programs and retain the best.

Marie Brown, MD

Dr. Brown is a practicing internist, a professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at Rush Medical College, the director of practice redesign for the American Medical Association and the immediate past governor of the American College of Physicians (ACP). Dr. Brown is a frequent guest lecturer at academic, national and international health care conferences. Her areas of expertise include: practice transformation, joy in medicine, adult immunizations, medication adherence and diabetes. Dr. Brown received her bachelor of science from the University of Dayton and her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago.
