Contribute to SPS policymaking efforts by submitting a resolution idea proposal form (PDF) for consideration at the 2024 SPS Annual Meeting. The SPS Governing Council has developed a PowerPoint presentation (PDF) to help guide you through the process. The deadline for resolution idea proposals is April 1. Submit resolution idea proposal forms and direct any questions to [email protected].

Online member forum
Between April 8-19, shape SPS policy by reviewing and commenting on SPS resolutions and other items of business in advance of the virtual SPS Assembly Meeting.
Virtual SPS Assembly Town Hall Meeting
The virtual SPS Assembly will take place on Tuesday, April 30, at 7 p.m. Central.
In order to develop consensus opinions of SPS reports and resolutions, SPS members meet via teleconference prior to the HOD Handbook deadlines. A majority vote of those present via the teleconference helps guide the actions of the SPS delegate and alternate delegate. The virtual meeting is open to all SPS members who choose to participate.
