Resolution submission
Contribute to OMSS policymaking efforts by submitting a resolution for consideration at the 2026 OMSS Annual Meeting. The resolution submission deadline is April 26. Learn more about the OMSS policymaking process by visiting the OMSS policymaking page.

Online member forum
Visit the OMSS online member forum to review and comment on policy proposals that will be discussed at the meeting. Items will be posted as they become available. The deadline to submit comments for consideration by the OMSS reference committee is May 15.
Governing council elections
Elections will take place during the annual meeting. Applications are due May 6. Learn more about the APS election by visiting the OMSS leadership opportunities page.
Become an OMSS representative
OMSS representatives are selected by their medical staff peers to represent the interests and concerns of their medical staffs. While all AMA members may attend OMSS meetings, only certified representatives are permitted to make motions, vote, etc. Become an OMSS representative by submitting an application.
