The 2026 Annual Meeting of the House of Delegates will be held June 5-10, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Prior to the meeting, the speakers will be providing regular updates. As the speakers provide these updates, they will be posted to this page.

  1. May 7 update

    1. Seating guidelines for A-26, the process to exchange delegates and alternate delegates, and deadlines for online registration and hotel reservations. 
  2. April 30 update

    1. The HOD Delegate Handbook is posted, opening and closing dates for comments for the Online Reference Committees (ORCs), and a reminder about late resolution submissions.  
  3. April 20 update

    1. Active campaigning opens for A-26; candidate web pages and the election manual are posted, as well as important updates to election dates and deadlines.
  4. April 2 update

    1. Registration opens for the 2025 Annual Meeting, resolution submission deadlines are approaching, the HOD Reference Manual is now available, and a deadline extension for reference committee volunteers.  
  5. March 24 update

    1. The speakers announce upcoming deadlines, appeal for volunteers, and provide candidate interviews guidelines and a reminder of the A-27 election cycle endorsement window. 
  6. March 6 update

    1. The speakers provide the A26 credentialing deadline, updated official candidate notification, resolution submission guidelines and office hours, and the opening date for the Online Reference Committees (ORC).

    1. The speakers provide election guidelines, A-26 tentative agenda, dates and deadlines, and appeal for Election Committee volunteers.
