Resolution submission
Contribute to YPS policymaking efforts by submitting a resolution for consideration at the 2024 YPS Annual Meeting. The resolution submission deadline is April 30. Submit resolutions and direct any questions to [email protected].

Online member forum
Visit the YPS online member forum between May 9 and May 23 to review and comment on policy proposals. Items will be posted as they become available. The deadline to submit comments for consideration by the YPS reference committee is May 23 at noon Central.
Governing council elections
Elections will take place during the annual meeting. Applications are due May 10. Apply and learn more about the election process.
Annual meeting leadership opportunities
YPS is seeking volunteers to serve on three committees:

- HOD handbook Review Committee
- Credentials Committee
