2025 Interim Meeting of the HOD: Speakers' updates overview

The 2025 Interim Meeting of the House of Delegates (I-25) will be held Nov. 14-18, 2025, at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. Prior to the meeting, the speakers will be providing regular updates. As the speakers provide these updates, they will be posted to this page.

1. Nov. 7 update

   1. Preliminary reference committee reports are posted, and instructions for accessing the live streaming reference committee hearings and HOD sessions.

2. Oct. 9 update

   1. The HOD Handbook is available, the Online Reference Committees open later today, and reminders about late resolution submissions and A-25 registration. 

3. Sept. 24 update

   1. Reminders and guidance on resolution submissions, deadlines for HOD Handbook and Online Reference Committees, A-27 group endorsement and reference committee hearings.

4. Sept. 3 update

   1. Registration is open for I-25, review the HOD Reference Manual, submit a resolution for consideration and volunteer to serve on a reference committee.

5. Aug. 12 update

   1. The speakers call for I-25 volunteers, announce resolution submission guidelines and provide the official candidate notification for A-26 elections.  

6. July 24 update

   1. The speakers announce the tentative agenda for I-25, the opening of credentialing, A-27 group endorsement information, provide dates and deadlines, and call for Election Committee volunteers.
