The HOD will hold its 2025 Interim Meeting from Nov. 14-18 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. Meetings of the AMA groups (sections) will take place on Nov. 13-14, preceding the HOD’s opening session.

Reserve your room online at the meeting headquarters hotel, the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center. Make sure to mention that you will be attending the AMA House of Delegates meeting.
Rates
- Run of house (single/double): $287*
Please be sure to make your hotel reservation by the cut-off date of Oct. 31, 2025. AMA cannot guarantee room availability after the published cut-off date.
*A resort fee of $22 per night will be added to your nightly room rate.
Canceling your reservation
If your room is cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival, there will be no charge. If in the 72-hour window, you will be charged one night's room and tax. Please call the hotel to cancel your reservation.
Reserve child care
Camp AMA
Camp AMA welcomes children ages 6 months–17 years old. Children participate in age-appropriate activities including arts and crafts projects, active games and much more in a safe, nurturing environment. This service is being offered complimentary by the AMA. Meals are not included in the program, but parents can order lunch when they register. Register by Nov. 6, 2025.
