The 2025 Interim Meeting of the AMA House of Delegates will be held Nov. 14-18, 2025, at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. We encourage you to regularly check the HOD Interim Meeting page, which will be updated as information becomes available.
I-25 registration now open
Advanced online registration is required for all attendees and their guests and children. To register, visit the HOD Interim Meeting page. You will need to sign in to the AMA website to register. Registration should be completed by all attendees to attest to abide by our Code of Conduct. Participants must also attest for their guests.
Attendees must personally complete their registration. It should not be completed by other individuals. Your name on your badge will appear exactly as you enter it into the system. Please do not use all caps or all lowercase letters.
Reference committee volunteers needed
We are still in need of volunteers to serve on reference committees, Rules & Credentials Committee and as tellers for the 2025 Interim Meeting. Please complete the I-25 HOD Committee Volunteer Form and indicate all committee(s) on which you would be interested in serving. The deadline to submit the volunteer form is Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, at noon Central.
All reference committees will meet virtually between Friday, Oct. 31, and Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025, for their preliminary executive session and report reviews. The Preliminary Reference Committee Reports must be completed in time to be posted on Nov. 7, 2025, at 5 p.m. Central. Volunteers are asked to be available during this window for these meetings.
As a pilot, and to facilitate the in-person reference committee hearings at this meeting, the preliminary reference committee reports will be presented as a consent agenda in the in-person reference committee hearings.
HOD Reference Manual available
The HOD Reference Manual has been updated for I-25. The manual serves as the standing rules of the HOD and is a great resource laying out procedures, policies and practices of House. The manual can be found in the Essential HOD Meetings Tools & Resources section on the HOD Interim Meeting page.
I-25 resolution submission
The HOD office is accepting resolutions for I-25. Resolutions must be submitted and approved by Sept. 30, 2025, at noon Central to be considered on-time. Visit the AMA House of Delegates process for submitting a resolution page for guidance and resources on how to submit a resolution. Resolutions adopted and forwarded by the AMA section meetings held after this date and prior to the HOD opening session are excepted. All HOD actions from the 2025 Annual Meeting have now been incorporated into Policy Finder, so please be sure to use the most updated policy.
Please note that it can take at least 24 hours for resolutions to be reviewed and approved as to proper formatting and content after submission. Resolutions will not be accepted as on-time if any requested revisions have not been addressed by the sponsor by the stated deadline. Your speakers urge you to submit your resolutions well in advance to avoid any issues.

The HOD office and the AMA Office of General Counsel will conduct resolution office hours to answer any questions while preparing resolutions for submission. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to expedite approval of your resolutions once submitted.
