Samuel Lin, MD, PhD, MBA, MPA, MS

Samuel Lin, MD, PhD, MBA, MPA, MS, currently serves as chair on the Senior Physicians Section Governing Council at the American Medical Association. 

The Senior Physicians Section (SPS), with more than 60,000 members, is the largest senior physician group in the United States. AMA members 65 years of age and above can remain involved in their profession through the section activities.

Dr. Lin previously served as alternate delegate and/or delegate in the AMA House of Delegates on behalf of the American Medical Group Association as well as the Academy of Physicians in Clinical Research. Other past positions included USPHS assistant surgeon general, USDHHS deputy assistant secretary for health and executive director for medical affairs of The Upjohn Company.
