Dr. Taylor Lucas, a resident at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, serves as immediate past chair of the Medical Student Section for the 2020-2021 term.
The MSS is a member interest group within the AMA for medical students. The Section Governing Council is responsible for directing MSS efforts at the national level to improve medical education and advocate for the future of medicine.
Dr. Lucas has been a member of the AMA since 2016 and has served in various leadership positions within the MSS and the South Carolina Medical Association.
