2026 Interim Meeting of the HOD: Speakers' updates overview

The 2026 Interim Meeting of the House of Delegates will be held Nov. 3-10, 2026, at the Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida. Prior to the meeting, the speakers will be providing regular updates. As the speakers provide these updates, they will be posted to this page. 

1. Sept. 2 update

   1. The speakers announce the opening of I-26 registration, the availability of the HOD Reference Manual, resolution submission guidelines and resolution office hours.

2. Aug. 7 update

   1. The speakers provide resolution submission guidelines and office hours, the opening date for the Online Reference Committees (ORC), and appeal for volunteers.

3. July 14 update

   1. The speakers announce the tentative agenda for I-26, the opening of credentialing, an opening on the AMPAC Board of Directors and call for committee volunteers. 

4. June 23 update

   1. The speakers announce the A-27 official candidate notification and leadership opportunities, submit the Election Committee report and call for committee volunteers.
