A-28 endorsement process update
In accordance with policy passed at the 2026 Annual Meeting, the endorsement process timeline will change substantially beginning with the 2028 election cycle (elections held at the 2028 Annual Meeting). The previously announced deadline of Oct. 7, 2026, for groups to submit their A-28 endorsement process as well as the announced endorsement window is no longer in effect. A new timeline and additional details for the A-28 endorsement process will be announced following the 2026 Interim Meeting.
Those groups who had planned to conduct A-28 endorsement activities during the 2026 Interim Meeting should revise their plans accordingly.
Hotel reservation deadline
The deadline to make hotel reservations at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is Oct. 12, 2026. Due to hotel demand, this deadline will not be extended. You can also call (800) 227-1500 to make a reservation or modify an existing reservation with their central reservation operators. Make sure to mention that you will be attending the AMA House of Delegates meeting.
I-26 registration
Advanced online registration is open through Friday, Oct. 23, 2026. After this date, attendees will need to register on-site. All attendees of the House and section meetings, including guests and children, must register. Registration is required so that attendees can attest to abide by our Code of Conduct. Participants must also attest for their guests. Attendees must personally complete their registration. It should not be completed by other individuals. Your name on your badge will appear exactly as you type it into the system. Please do not use all CAPS or all lowercase letters.
Late resolution submissions
Any urgent resolutions adopted by your group after the on-time deadline should be submitted as soon as possible. Late resolutions will be reviewed by the Committee on Rules and Credentials and must be urgent in nature (i.e., cannot wait until the next meeting). Late resolutions require a two-thirds majority vote by the House of Delegates to be considered. Oct. 22: Online reference committees close for author comments (5 p.m. Central)
Oct. 23: Online registration deadline (after this date attendees must register on site)
Oct. 30: Preliminary reports with preliminary recommendations posted by 5 p.m. Central
Nov. 6: HOD opening session (6 p.m. Eastern)
