Delegation certification & rosters

Find the delegation certification form and roster lists for the state and national medical specialty societies and member section delegates of the AMA House of Delegates.

The president of each constituent association, section, specialty society, or the president’s designee, shall certify to the AMA the delegates and alternate delegates from their respective entities.

The AMA is composed of individual members who are represented in the HOD through state associations and other constituent associations, national medical specialty societies and other entities, as specified in the AMA Bylaws.
