Urgent message for hotel reservations & meeting registration
Meeting services has informed us that the room block is closing next Monday, May 15, at 5 p.m. Central time and there are very few rooms left at the Hyatt. There are over 220 delegates/alternates that have not yet booked rooms. If you intend to stay at the Hyatt and have not yet booked, please do so immediately or you may not be able to find a room in the area as there is another large convention in town at the same time. Go here to book a room.
There are over 500 that have not yet registered for the meeting through CVENT. Please note that you MUST register for the meeting individually. This cannot be done by your delegation on your behalf. If not done prior to your arrival, your onsite registration process will be prolonged and you will not receive your badge until completed.
Additional 2023 Annual updates
- The HOD handbook is now available here.
- The inaugural dinner/dance tickets MUST be purchased by May 19, 2023 and can be ordered here. Note they will not be available for purchase at the meeting.
- The online forums open on Wednesday, May 17. You may post up until midnight Central time on May 30. No posts will be considered if added after this deadline.
