Self-measured blood pressure benefits for patients with Medicaid: Idaho

The American Medical Association (AMA) and Idaho Medical Association (IMA) are collaborating to share that Idaho Medicaid has expanded its coverage benefits to include home blood pressure devices and reimbursement for self-measured blood pressure (SMBP) clinical support.

AMA and IMA developed guidance to assist physicians and care teams in ordering SMBP and validated blood pressure devices for their patients.
