The American Medical Association offered an immersive boot camp in Charlotte on Sept. 18, the day before the 2019 American Conference on Physician Health™ (ACPH), for attendees to learn and implement core interventions and strategies to improve practice efficiency.
Designed for physicians, care team members and health system leaders, attendees focused on the following learning objectives:
- Effective change management strategies for leaders and teams.
- Interventions and workflows that improve practice efficiency, support patient care and promote professional well-being.
- Application of best practices from exemplary health care organizations to improve patient safety and care delivery processes.
