The section immediately transmitted two resolutions to the House of Delegates for consideration at its November 2023 Meeting. Learn more about these and other policies considered by the AMA House of Delegates.

The RFS held several elections and an endorsement and would like to congratulate those selected:

  • Haidn Foster, MD, RFS Governing Council, chair-elect
  • Rachel Ekaireb, MD, Council on Science & Public Health, resident member endorsement

The RFS also elected 35 sectional delegates and 24 alternate sectional delegates.

The RFS has several upcoming leadership opportunities including on RFS standing committees, GC positions, and resident seats on AMA councils. Stay tuned!
