Nikita Sood, MD

Nikita Sood, MD, serves as delegate of the Resident & Fellow Section Governing Council and as sectional delegate for the RFS at the American Medical Association for the 2025-2026 term. 

The RFS is a member interest group within the AMA to provide resident and fellow participation in the activities of the AMA and gives a voice to and advocates for issues that impact them.

Dr. Sood is an obstetrics & gynecology resident at Brown University. She has been actively involved in organized medicine since medical school and served as the at-large officer of the AMA Medical Student Section. She also serves as a sectional delegate to the AMA House of Delegates, endorsed by the Rhode Island Medical Society.
