Resolutions development
APS members may submit resolutions for consideration at biannual meetings of the APS (June and November). Resolutions for consideration at the 2026 APS Interim Meeting are due by Aug. 6, 2026, at noon Central. View the APS resolution template (DOCX).
The APS Resolution Guide (DOCX) includes a worksheet and checklist to assist with resolution development. If you are not ready to draft a resolution, you can send a completed worksheet to [email protected]. Resolution ideas for consideration during the 2026 APS Interim Meeting are due by July 10, 2026.
