Impact, Policy, and Action (IMPACT) is the team of students who reviews MSS resolutions working directly under the supervision of the MSS Section Delegates to ensure policies emanating from the MSS produce maximally impactful advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting attendance: Take part in resolution review trainings and other meetings as directed by the section delegates and IMPACT leadership; attend MSS Caucus meetings and HOD reference committees at the AMA Annual and Interim meetings.
  • Review resolutions: Evaluate draft resolutions and final resolutions for the MSS Annual and Interim Assembly Meetings, and resolutions submitted to the AMA House of Delegates.

Term of service

June applicants serve a 1-year term; November applicants serve a 6-month term.
