2023 Interim Meeting of the HOD: Speakers' updates overview

The 2023 Interim Meeting of the House of Delegates will be held Nov. 10-14, 2023, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, National Harbor, Maryland. Prior to the meeting, the speakers' will be providing regular updates. As the speakers provide these updates, they will be posted to this page.

1. Nov. 6 update

   1. Reference committee preliminary documents are available as well as an updated Speakers' Letter and information on accessing the live streamed HOD sessions.

2. Oct. 17 update

   1. Delegates and alternate delegates must register individually for 2023 Interim, not through their delegation. Deadline is Oct. 20, 5 p.m. Eastern to reserve a hotel room at the meeting rate.

3. Oct. 14 update

   1. The Interim Meeting Handbook is now available as well as material collated by reference committee.

4. Sept. 20 update

   1. The speakers' update includes an urgent request for volunteers for HOD committees and a reminder of the deadline for resolution submissions. 

5. Sept. 1 update

   1. Included in this update are the preliminary agenda and schedule, registration information and a reminder of process changes for resolution submissions.

6. Aug. 8 update

   1. The Interim Meeting officially begins Friday evening, Nov. 10, 2023. This update defines new deadlines for resolution submission and issues a call for volunteers.
