  5. “Retinal Artery Occlusion After a Dog Bite in a 55-Year-Old Man.”

    1. A 55-year-old man was referred to the eye clinic for unilateral uveitis and two days of sudden vision loss in his right eye. He reported experiencing light sensitivity and mild eye pain. What would you do next?

  6. “Headache, Confusion and Somnolence in a 27-Year-Old Woman.”

    1. A previously healthy 27-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with two weeks of headache, photophobia, vomiting and confusion. What is your diagnosis?

  7. “A Woman With Intraocular Inflammation After Descemet Membrane Endothelial Keratoplasty.”

    1. An 81-year-old woman with systemic hypertension and atrial fibrillation underwent Descemet membrane endothelial keratoplasty for visual acuity of counting fingers because of postphacoemulsification bullous keratopathy with no prior episodes of inflammatory eye disease. Her best-corrected visual acuity improved to 20/40 two weeks later, limited because of a preexisting corneal scar. What is your diagnosis?

  8. “A Treatment-Refractory, Perianal Tumor Arising in an Otherwise Healthy Older Adult Woman.”

    1. A woman in her 80s presented with an eight-month history of a growing, painful tumor on her right buttock. The patient felt well otherwise and denied experiencing fevers, chills, sweats, weight loss or malaise. What is your diagnosis?
