- What about our Recruitment and Engagement Kit? Log into the MSOP Dashboard to update your profile and prompt a kit to be sent to your school. Your profile includes updating your mailing address for this year’s AMA-branded recruitment materials. Using the MSOP Dashboard
These resources have been created to help you develop your recruitment plan, track membership on your campus, and prepare for your Activity Fair and other events.
- Track membership on your campus using the MSOP Dashboard. Log in using your AMA website account.
- Receive recruitment materials for your campus by making sure you’ve entered your mailing address in the MSOP Dashboard. Each school will receive one box of recruitment materials to use at your Activity Fair and other events.
- Invite students on your campus to join the AMA in under one minute! The MSOP Dashboard offers you a quick way to follow up with students you meet at your school’s Activity Fair and other events using the “Invite Students” feature.
- Download the Invite Students Template (XLSX). This template can also be downloaded from the MSOP Dashboard.
- Add in the contact information for interested students (first name, last name, and email address), and type "Y" in column D to indicate they will receive AMA emails. Save the list as a CSV file (not an XLSX file).
- Upload it to the Dashboard as a CSV file.
- Those students will automatically receive emails inviting them to join the AMA.
