Need to update your AMA address or other contact information?
The AMA Online Data Collection Center allows licensed physicians to update their AMA Physician Professional Data™ listing.
Residents and students can also use the service to change their contact information. Use the AMA Secure Data Change Form to update your information.
All information entered will be securely encrypted. Forms are processed within one business day with some data changes requiring additional validation with primary sources.
