The Council on Science & Public Health (CSAPH) is comprised of 12 active members of the AMA, one who is a resident/fellow physician, and one who is a medical student. Members of this council are elected by the House of Delegates with the exception of the medical student member who is appointed by the Medical Student Section Governing Council with the concurrence of the Board of Trustees.
