Deadline near for hotel reservation
Meeting services has informed us that over 400 delegates/alternates have not yet booked rooms. The room block is closing on Friday, Oct. 20, at 5 p.m. Eastern. If you intend to stay at the Gaylord National and have not yet booked, please do so as soon as possible or you will not be guaranteed the AMA Interim Meeting rate. Go here to book a room.
Delegate/alternate delegate registration
A similar number of delegates/alternates have not yet registered for the meeting through Cvent. Please note that you must register for the meeting individually. This cannot be done by your delegation on your behalf. If not done prior to your arrival, your onsite registration process will be prolonged and you will not receive your badge until completed.
