The Charter on Physician Well-Being was created by the Collaborative for Healing and Renewal in Medicine (CHARM), a group of leading medical centers and organizations. The Charter helps advance and promote physician well-being.
Practice Transformation Initiative
This new collaborative initiative with the Physicians Foundation and three state medical societies aims to reduce care team burnout by focusing on workflow redesigns shown to improve practice efficiency and enhance the patient-physician relationship.
