Journey to Joy in Medicine® Webinar Series

The AMA Joy in Medicine® Health System Recognition Program empowers health care leaders to reduce burnout and build well-being so that physicians and their patients can thrive. Since its inception in 2019, the program has recognized more than 200 health systems across the country.

Moderated by Dr. Heather Farley, AMA vice president of professional satisfaction, this six-part webinar series explores how organizations are bringing the Joy in Medicine framework to life. Through real-world stories, speakers from health systems recognized by the Joy in Medicine Program will share practical strategies on advancing physician well-being that can be adapted and applied in any practice setting.

The Joy in Medicine Program centers on criteria across six pillars that contribute to organizational well-being. Each webinar focuses on one program domain.
