Personalization tips
- Make it yours: Add a sentence or two about yourself and your specific background to give your post an authentic angle. Posts that feel personal consistently drive more clicks than generic event promos.
- Timing: Post early to capture early decision-makers, then post again the last week of September before applications close to create urgency. Two posts can double your reach with no extra effort.
- Drive action directly: Close your post with a clear, specific call to action– “Applications close soon, grab your spot here → [link]” outperforms open-ended questions when the goal is clicks and conversions.
- Stories & shares: Consider cross-posting to LinkedIn Stories or reposting to your Instagram if relevant. Each additional touchpoint is another chance to convert a follower into an applicant.
