The NBME Advisory Committee, consisting of academic and medical associations and medical student organizations, is charged with improving communications and enhancing relationships between the medical education community and the NBME in areas of mutual interest.

Responsibilities

  • Present the MSS position on NBME issues.
  • Keep the MSS informed of changes involving education.
  • Participate in a one-day meeting in Philadelphia and in several two to three-hour conference calls throughout the year.

Term of service

Two years.
