National Health Equity Grand Rounds: Advancing Health Equity Through Resistance

The AMA’s National Health Equity Grand Rounds is a virtual quarterly series that looks to deepen understanding and shape the national discourse around health inequities and opportunities to improve the health of our nation.

This National Health Equity Grand Rounds event on May 30, 2024, will serve as a proverbial “State of the Union” for health justice work in the United States.

Speakers will delve into emerging practices to advance health equity—discussing coordinated efforts to dismantle equity work in various parts of the country and identifying strategies to counter resistance while building a stronger multiracial democracy equipped to support health for every individual and community. This will be a can’t-miss conversation.
