New York internal medicine physician elected to the AMA Board of Trustees

CHICAGO – The American Medical Association (AMA), the nation's largest physician organization, today announced the election of internal medicine physician Thomas Madejski, M.D., to its Board of Trustees.

An internist with a focus on geriatrics and palliative care in rural upstate New York, Dr. Madejski grew up in a family of pharmacists in Buffalo. His upbringing helped inspire his career interest in advocating for the improvement of the national health care system.
