AMA responds to administration blueprint to tackle rising drug prices

CHICAGO — The American Medical Association (AMA) sent the following letter in response to the Trump Administration’s request for comments to its plan to lower drug prices. The letter from AMA CEO and Executive Vice President James L. Madara, M.D., was sent to Health and Human Services Secretary Alex M. Azar II.
