CHICAGO — The American Medical Association (AMA) today announced the expansion of its online education portal aimed at offering physicians and other health care professionals a centralized location for finding, earning, tracking and reporting continuing medical education (CME) and other education on a wide range of clinical and professional topics. The newly enhanced AMA Ed Hub™ offers physicians and their care teams access to educational activities developed by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), Obesity Medicine Association (OMA), and the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM). Additionally, the platform now allows physicians who are board certified with the American Board of Pathology (ABPath) to have their credits automatically reported to ABPath.
