AMA announces new digital tool

The American Medical Association (AMA) today introduced its latest product designed to connect physicians with volunteer opportunities and supplemental short-term work in the field of medicine. The new Physician Opportunities Portal is an interactive tool that can help physicians identify opportunities beyond their workplace that can potentially add longevity to their careers and increase satisfaction by giving back.

The Portal features a variety of volunteer and paid short-term work, including consulting, legal expert, locum tenens, as well as opportunities in health and wellness, and emergency and safety.
