This session will equip AMA medical student members with guidance on how to strategically utilize signaling during their application process and provide interview tips, including but not limited to how to discuss leadership experience in organized medicine.
After this session, students will be able to explain the purpose and strategic use of signaling in the residency application process and identify factors to consider when choosing which programs to signal. Students will also be able to describe key strategies for preparing for residency interviews, including how to highlight unique experiences and develop personalized approaches to post-interview follow-up and reflection.
