Resolution submission
Contribute to SPS policymaking efforts by submitting a resolution for consideration at the 2026 Annual SPS Meeting. The resolution submission deadline was Feb. 1. Learn more about SPS policymaking by visiting the policymaking page.

Online member forum
Between March 30 and April 10, shape SPS policy by reviewing and commenting on SPS resolutions and other items of business in advance of the virtual SPS Assembly Meeting. Access the SPS online member forum to review and comment on policy proposals that will be discussed at the virtual SPS Assembly Meeting. Items will be posted as they become available.
Virtual SPS Assembly
The virtual SPS Assembly will take place on April 16, 2026 at 7 p.m. Central.
Please RSVP by April 15 to confirm your participation.
In order to develop consensus opinions of SPS reports and resolutions, SPS members meet via teleconference prior to HOD Handbook deadlines. A majority vote of those present via the teleconference helps guide the actions of the SPS delegate and alternate delegate. The virtual meeting is open to all SPS members who choose to participate.
