Contribute to SPS policymaking efforts by submitting a resolution for consideration at the 2026 SPS Interim Meeting.  The resolution submission deadline is July 31. Submit resolutions and direct any questions to [email protected].

Between Sept. 1-14, members can shape SPS policy by reviewing and commenting on resolutions and other items of business in advance of the Virtual SPS Assembly Meeting in the online member forum

Virtual SPS Assembly "town hall" meeting

The virtual SPS Assembly will take place on Thursday, Sept. 15 at 7 pm Central.

In order to develop consensus opinions of SPS reports and resolutions, SPS members meet via teleconference prior to the HOD Handbook deadlines. A majority vote of those present via the teleconference helps guide the actions of the SPS delegate and alternate delegate.  The virtual meeting is open to all SPS members who choose to participate.

Register by Sept. 14 and secure your seat.
