Laurie Lapp, MD, MPH, serves as chair for the Resident & Fellow Section Governing Council and as sectional delegate for the Resident & Fellow Section at the American Medical Association for the 2026-2027 term.

Dr. Lapp is an obstetrics & gynecology resident at Prisma Health-Columbia, South Carolina. She has been actively involved in organized medicine since medical school.
