Matthew Lecuyer, MD, MPH, is a pediatric emergency medicine physician and serves as the Young Physicians Section representative on the LGBTQ+ Governing Council.
The LGBTQ+ Section is a member interest group within the AMA dedicated to addressing issues that impact LGBTQ medical students, residents and fellows, physicians and patients.
Dr. Lecuyer is in Washington, D.C. and serves on the Board of the Medical Society of Washington, D.C. He has previously served as chair of the Resident and Fellow Section and the Young Physicians Section of the AMA.
