The Integrated Physician Practice Section (IPPS) is committed to providing a learning environment where physicians from existing physician-led, integrated organizations can network and learn from each other, and share their experience with physician leaders moving toward integration.
The Integrated Physician Practice Section offers a number of opportunities to get involved, network and enhance your leadership skills.
IPPS representatives bring the perspective of their integrated practices to the IPPS. Currently, more than 50 organizations (PDF) from across the country are represented in the Section. Become an IPPS representative by submitting the certification form to [email protected].
Programs and activities for the Integrated Physician Practice Section are directed by an 8-member governing council elected every two years by members of the section. The next IPPS Governing Council election will be held at the IPPS November 2020 Meeting.

- Large group slotted seat
The Integrated Practice Physician Section Policy Development Committee (PDF) is charged with strategizing ways the section can influence AMA policy on issues relevant to physician-led, integrated groups.
