Online Reference Committees (ORCs) are open. The ORCs will close for general comments on Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 5 p.m. Central. Authors may continue to comment until Thursday, Oct. 22 at 5 p.m. Central. Any non-author posts made after the Oct. 21 posting deadline will not be considered.
Your post should begin with the following IN ALL CAPS:
- Name
- Current roles (e.g., author, delegate or alternate from X delegation, section member, council member, etc.)
- For whom you are speaking (as an individual or on behalf of a group)
Posts that are not appropriately identified will be removed.
Preliminary reference committee reports
Preliminary reference committee reports, which will include preliminary recommendations, will be developed by the reference committees following the closure of the ORCs. Preliminary reports will be posted on Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, by 5 p.m. Central.
