The Online Reference Committees are open. The ORC will close for general comments on Wednesday, May 20 at 5 p.m. Central. Only authors may submit comments until 5 p.m. Central time on Thursday, May 21. General comments submitted after the 5 p.m. deadline on May 20 will be removed.
Your post should begin with the following IN ALL CAPS:
- Name
- Current roles (e.g., author, delegate or alternate from X delegation, section member, council member, etc.)
- Speaking on behalf of [blank]
Posts that are not appropriately identified will be removed.
Preliminary reference committee reports
Preliminary reference committee reports will be produced and posted to the HOD Annual Meeting website on Friday, May 29, by 5 p.m. Central.
Reference committee in-person hearing agenda
The reference committee agenda for the in-person reference committee hearings will be treated as a consent agenda. All items that do not have a preliminary recommendation will be discussed in addition to those items extracted from the agenda.
