The Online Reference Committees are closed for comment. Comments will be available for viewing until the in-person reference committee hearings are completed at the 2025 Interim Meeting at which time they will be removed.
Preliminary reference committee reports
Preliminary reference committee reports will be produced and posted to the HOD Annual Meeting website on Friday, Nov. 7, by 5 p.m. Central.
Reference committee in-person hearing agenda
As a pilot for I-25, the reference committee agenda for the in-person reference committee hearings will be treated as a consent agenda. All items that do not have a preliminary recommendation will be discussed in addition to those items extracted from the agenda.
