  • 1. You may print, reproduce, display or store unaltered copies of PolicyFinder content, including limited verbatim quoting, for personal, informational and educational purposes, provided that you meet all the Conditions of Use described herein. Other uses, such as the creation of derivative works and any and all commercial use of PolicyFinder content, are prohibited, unless prior written approval by the AMA is obtained, which may be withheld by the AMA in its sole discretion. (Contact the AMA service center at 1-800-621-8335 for approval information.)

  • 5. PolicyFinder content shall not be framed or displayed in a manner that implies endorsement by the AMA of you or your organization, its goods and services, or otherwise improperly implies a relationship between you or your organization, and the AMA, where none exists.
  • 6. The AMA does not endorse or recommend any commercial products, processes, or services. Therefore, mention of commercial products, processes, or services within PolicyFinder content should not be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of the AMA.
