Feb. 4-6, 2027
- Submission of code application due date: Nov. 2, 2026
May 6-8, 2027
- Submission of code application due date: Feb. 8, 2027
Pathology/Laboratory application deadlines
All interested stakeholder (IP) deadlines end at 5 p.m. Pacific on the specified date.

- Lab application listing posted to AMA website*: June 26, 2026
- Lab interested stakeholder written comments due date: July 13, 2026, noon Central
