Joy in Medicine® impact

Since its inception in 2019, the Joy in Medicine® Program has recognized over 200 organizations across the country for system-wide efforts to improve the well-being of their workforces. Building on the program criteria (PDF), these organizations have implemented systemic change to help care for caregivers.
