2024 Annual Meeting of the HOD: Speakers' updates overview

The 2024 Annual Meeting of the House of Delegates will be held June 7-12, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Prior to the meeting, the speakers will be providing regular updates. As the speakers provide these updates, they will be posted to this page.

  1. May 15 update

    1. The speakers inform members on the consolidated HOD Handbook, registration reminders for the 2024 Annual Meeting, and the deadline to purchase tickets to the inaugural reception and dinner/dance. 
  2. May 10 update

    1. The speakers announce the availability of the HOD Handbook by reference committee, opening day for the online member forum, candidate video interviews, and the reference committee hearings schedule.
  3. April 15 update

    The speakers provide details about the candidate webpages, the election manual and the process for conducting candidate interviews.

  4. April 2 update

    The speakers announce the opening of registration for the 2024 Annual Meeting, provide a tentative schedule for the handbook and online member forum, and make an appeal for reference committee volunteers.

  5. March 1 update

    The speakers provide resolution submission deadlines for the 2024 Annual Meeting, guidelines for HOD election group interviews, a reminder about the newly consolidated election policy and an update to the agenda.

  6. Jan. 17 update

    The speakers provide the tentative agenda for the 2024 Annual Meeting, the newly consolidated election policy and the updated application process for volunteers.
