The RFS June 2021 Meeting will be held on a virtual platform.
Review the AMA Code of Conduct for ensuring professional and ethical behavior at AMA events and functions, and the association's zero tolerance for any type of harassing conduct.
Only credentialed delegates will be permitted to vote on policy matters and in elections. Credential through your state or specialty society by May 11. Direct any questions to [email protected].
The agenda for the date and times of sessions and events, and instructions on how to access the meeting platform will be posted once available.
RFS meeting documents will be posted as they become available
Contribute to RFS policymaking efforts by submitting a resolution for consideration at the 2021 RFS June Meeting. The resolution submission deadline is April 19. Submit resolutions and direct any questions to [email protected].

Visit the RFS online member forum to review and comment on policy proposals that will be discussed at the meeting. Items will be posted as they become available between May 3 and May 17. The deadline to submit comments for consideration by the RFS reference committee is May 17.
Programs and activities of the RFS are directed by a seven-member governing council elected annually by members of the section. Positions up for election at the 2021 June Meeting include:
- Vice chair
- Vice speaker
- Alternate delegate
- Member at-large
