Visit the agenda page for the date and times of sessions and events.
Meeting documents will be posted as they become available.
Contribute to OMSS policymaking efforts by submitting a resolution for consideration at the OMSS November 2020 Meeting. The resolution submission deadline is Sept. 28. If your state medical society OMSS meets after Sept. 28, you may submit an on-time resolution up to seven days after the conclusion of your meeting.
We welcome resolutions on all subjects. However, only resolutions that pass the OMSS Assembly and that pertain to urgent and/or priority matters will be forwarded on for consideration at the November Special Meeting of the House of Delegates.
If you believe that your resolution is urgent or a priority (i.e.: Cannot wait to be considered at the 2021 Annual Meeting), please let us know why by including an explanation of no more than 250 words.
Submit resolutions and direct any questions to [email protected].

Online member forum
With the switch to a virtual meeting, the OMSS reference committee hearing will be conducted online asynchronously in advance of the meeting. The report of the reference committee will then serve as the starting point for discussion of business at the live meeting.
Visit the OMSS online member forum Oct. 5-19 to review and comment on policy proposals that will be discussed at the meeting. The deadline to submit comments for consideration by the OMSS reference committee is Oct. 19. You may also email your comments directly to Jason Ranville at [email protected].
2020 OMSS elections & leadership opportunities
The next regularly scheduled OMSS Governing Council elections will be held at the OMSS November 2020 Meeting. All positions are up for election.
Visit the Organized Medical Staff Section (OMSS) involvement opportunities page to learn more about the positions and download an application. Deadline is Oct. 9.
