Only credentialed delegates will be permitted to vote on policy matters and in elections. The deadline to credential representatives is Oct. 29. The credentialing form will be posted on this page when credentialing begins.

These dates and deadlines have been established for MSS policy-making leading up to the 2021 November Meeting:
- Sept. 15 (11:59 p.m. Central): Final resolutions due
- Sept. 25 (Noon Central) Virtual Reference Committee opens
- Oct. 10 (11:59 p.m. Central): Virtual Reference Committee closes
- Oct. 29 Reference Committee report released
- Nov. 1 Virtual resolution extraction deadline

MSS works to create policy on current issues
Visit the MSS Virtual Reference Committee to review and comment on policy proposals that will be discussed at the meeting. Items will be posted as they become available. The deadline to submit comments for consideration by the MSS reference committee is Oct. 10 (11:59 p.m. Central).
The MSS Assembly will hold elections for two openings at the 2021 November Meeting:
- Chair elect
- Student member to the BOT

- Reference Committee
- Rules Committee
- Logistics Committee
